Job Description A home building client of Insight Global is looking for a Tier 1 helpdesk agent to join its Technical Support Center in Tempe, AZ. This person will be answering calls to help troubleshoot and triage hardware and software issues its users are having. On a typical week, the team helps resolve 100+ calls and tickets. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Skills and Requirements - 2+ years of call center experience - 1-2 years of Tier 1 helpdesk experience - Experience with any of the following ticketing systems: Halo ITSM, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, Jira - Experience troubleshooting mobile phones, Outlook, Mac and PC devices, Office365, printers. - MUST be willing to go onsite hybird 2-3x per week. - Strong customer service skills and phone presence - MUST be flexible with working hours, some weekend work will be required but not often. Might need to step in evenings. - Certifications - College education
