Job Description We are seeking Tier 1 Rack and Stack Field Technicians to join our team, servicing client sites to perform rack and stack responsible for switches, routing and APs. This role can sit in either Austin, TX or Dallas, TX or Waco, TX and involves traveling around the Austin or Dallas or Waco metro, with different site assignments each day next week. Client sites can be up to 2 hours in distance. Mileage will be reimbursed. The pay rate for this role ranges from 25-28 an hour. Key Responsibilities: Rack and stack switches, routers, and access points (APs). Work on ceilings up to 10 feet high, requiring comfort with ladder use. Provide excellent customer service, interacting with nurses and doctors. Be onsite 5 days a week.
