Need to be an active/current member of the Treasurers and Ticket Sellers Local 752 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada.Proficiency in Ticketmaster ticketing software (Host & Archtics) requiredStrong verbal communication skills in the English language requiredAbility to work beyond normal business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities:

Staff Ticket windows at the venue box officeSell tickets, coordinate and dispense will call.Handle customer ticketing issues and questionsStaff guest services to handle event day accessible needs
