Required Education:

4 Year Degree High Point University seeks a full-time Ticket Operations Coordinator to be responsible for all ticket operations of the High Point University Athletic Ticket Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required.

 

Experience and Training:

Experience working in a ticket office. Prior experience with Glitner or other computerized ticketing system.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Ability:

Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to think and plan strategically. Exceptional interpersonal skills. High energy, drive, integrity, sincerity. Must be able to perform tasks on own initiative. Willingness and ability to travel and manage working evenings, weekends and holidays.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage all elements associated with ticketing for HPU Athletics events, including player pass list, media pass list, will-call and game day ticket sales. Serve as the primary ticket office contact for all athletic events overseeing and supervising all ticket sales and customer service issues at ticket office windows during HPU athletic events. Oversee ticketing logistics including ticket printing, packaging and mailing. Oversee financial reconciliations for the Athletic Ticket Office. Responsible for processing daily transactions as well as reporting monthly and annual activity. Provide ticket sales and revenue reports as needed. Manage Vivenu Ticketing Software. This includes basketball ticket renewals, seating allocation, season tickets for soccer, lacrosse and baseball and day of payment processing for all HPU Athletic events. Collaborate with Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets on seating for men’s and women’s basketball season ticket renewals. Manage basketball season ticket mailing process. Work with Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets to contribute to new season ticket sales efforts for Men’s and Women’s Basketball to increase both Panther Club annual fund and basketball season ticket revenue. Hire, train and manage HPU Ticket Office staff including student workers and game day staff as needed. Actively engage benefactors in the University’s activities. Embrace and articulate the mission and culture of High Point University. Possess a working knowledge of the University’s programs and departments.
