Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tibco developer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Tibco - developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing complex integration solutions using the powerful Tibco platform. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Designing and developing Tibco-based integration solutions to connect various systems and applications

Implementing Tibco Messaging, Tibco Business Works, and Tibco Enterprise Message Service components

Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Tibco-based integration environments

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Documenting and maintaining Tibco-based integration processes and workflows

Providing support and guidance to less experienced team members

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Proven experience as a Tibco developer, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience

Proficiency in Tibco Messaging, Tibco Business Works, and Tibco Enterprise Message Service

Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, and service-oriented architecture

Familiarity with SQL, XML, and web services technologies

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Strong communication and documentation skills
