Job Description As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) using various tools, including Rally and Excel. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare projects, aligning with our organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos. Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using Rally and other tools. Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Track and report on key metrics and progress using Excel and other reporting tools. Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the ART. Skills and Requirements Experience with Rally: Proficiency in using Rally for managing and tracking Agile projects. Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization. Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare industry. Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies. Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices. SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist). Experience with other Agile tools and methodologies. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
