Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Third-Party Risk Analyst to support the development and execution of a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, with a strong focus on third-party risk management. The ideal candidate will help assess vendor risks, review contracts for security provisions, and manage risk documentation using industry-standard platforms. You will be joining an environment with over 160 applications and will play a key role in integrating risk management workflows into AuditBoard. Responsibilities: * Conduct third-party vendor risk assessments and tiering * Review contracts for security and compliance provisions * Analyze SOC 2 and PCI reports for vendor compliance * Enter and manage risks in a centralized risk register (AuditBoard) * Collaborate with internal teams to assign and track risk mitigation actions * Support the integration of GRC processes into existing systems * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly across teams
