We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **TPM Operations Reagent Manager** to join our team in Sligo.
This influential role offers the opportunity to strengthen global supplier partnerships, enhance performance, and ensure robust and reliable supply across our TPM network. **How You’ll Make an Impact**
As TPM Operations Reagent Manager, you will:
+ Lead, prioritise and deliver on departmental goals and objectives.
+ Drive initiatives to reduce acquisition costs and implement consistent performance metrics.
+ Support new and existing designs to improve quality, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
+ Lead the development of reliable, scalable and efficient manufacturing processes across TPM partners.
+ Provide programme oversight for product transfers, continuous improvement projects, process validations and material changes.
+ Build strong, trust‑based relationships with both internal stakeholders and Third Party Manufacturers.
+ Serve as a key influencer across the organisation, aligning cross‑functional teams and ensuring successful execution of shared goals.
+ Establish clear TPM governance structures and develop strategies to address and improve performance.
+ Assess manufacturing capabilities, identify gaps and lead efforts to enhance technical capability and reliability.
+ Lead teams for new manufacturing site start‑ups and coordinate internal/external resources to ensure continuity of supply.
+ Ensure compliance with Abbott’s corporate and division policies and procedures.
+ Evaluate financial scenarios and provide informed recommendations to senior leadership.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Master’s / MBA is an advantage.
**Experience**
+ Minimum **10 years** relevant industry experience.
+ Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non‑technical audiences.
+ Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing and Supply Chain.
+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
+ Ability and flexibility to travel to TPM sites, sometimes at short notice.
