Responsibilities


• Acts as the off-shift technical processing lead to safely maximize quality throughput of machines
• Work directly with shift leadership, PIT leads, and PIT specialists to manage daily needs to meet productivity and
  quality goals
• Floats between lines, gives breaks, runs lines as needed to maximize daily output (follows expectations of those
  positions while working in those capacities)
• Maintains performance from previous shifts
• Troubleshoot processing issues
• improves cavitation, gram weights, and cycle times – only when and where instructed.
• Ensure process KPPs and process change logs are followed/completed
• Communicates noncompliance to shift leadership
• Communicates intentional and necessary deviations from KPPs to shift leadership, PIT teams, and other
   supervisors/managers
• Mold change sign-off verification and final set-up and start-up
• Communicate with lead techs and FLLs between shifts
• Participates in advanced training when requested
• Accepts mentorship from shift supervisors and PIT team members
• Coaches other employees on various topics relating to production and technical development as needed on an
   informal basis
• Assists with samples and new mold/machine start-ups
• Assists PIT lead with the identification and implementation of improvement projects
• Works with shift leadership to verify and correct WebEff entries

Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.Previous extrusion and/or thermoforming experience.Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently and/or up to 100 pounds with assistance occasionally.Ability to push/pull loads in excess of 75 pounds occasionally.Able to stand/walk for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.
