Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein. **Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:** + Aktive Vermarktung und Verkauf des Diabetes-Portfolios von Medtronic innerhalb eines definierten geografischen Gebietes zur Erreichung der Umsatzziele + Aufbau, Pflege und nachhaltige Stärkung von langfristigen Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern im Gesundheitswesen – insbesondere zu medizinischem Fachpersonal in Kliniken und Praxen + Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen für medizinisches Fachpersonal zur optimalen Anwendung des Medtronic-Portfolios + Verantwortung für die Organisation und Durchführung von Patientenschulungen inkl. Jahresplanung, Beratungssprechstunden und individueller klinischer Unterstützung + Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung von Account-Plänen sowie Reporting im CRM-System (Salesforce „Lightning“) + Zuständig für regionale Forecasts und Marktanalysen inklusive Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Entwicklung strategischer Maßnahmen zur Marktpositionierung + Mitwirkung an der regionalen Umsetzung von Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Schulungsstrategien im Bereich Diabetes **Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:** + Bachelor in medizintechnischen Bereich + Etablierte Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Betreuung und Entwicklung eines Verkaufsgebiets sowie im Ausbau bestehender und neuer Kundenbeziehungen im medizinischen oder medizintechnischen Bereich + Praktische Kenntnisse über Produktlösungen und Dienstleistungen im Bereich Diabetes bzw. der Medtronic-Produktpalette von Vorteil. + Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Evaluierung von Schulungs- und Verkaufsmaßnahmen mit hoher Eigeninitiative und strategischem Weitblick. + Fähigkeit, komplexe Kundenanforderungen zu analysieren und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu präsentieren. + Geübt im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, Forecast-Erstellung und Vertriebskennzahlenanalyse. + Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiets sowie hohe Kundenorientierung. + Sehr gute social Skills sowie Verständniss für die Herausforderungen mit einer chronischen Erkrankung **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
