About the job:
This role is responsible to support the Country Business Manager to manage Third-Party business management for Neurovascular (NV) distributor Thailand, to support and ensure sales targets are met. The role will need to build strong KOL relationships; support to develop in-depth understanding of the business, market & products and the ability to demonstrate strong commercial sense in a team environment. The role also serves as the interface between Stryker and the distributor, which will include sales, contract compliance, training and other marketing support activities.
What you will be doing:
This position is part of the ASEAN commercial team reporting to the Country Business Manager based in South East Asia.
Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners, distributors and customersSupport the Business Manager to prepare regular analyses and reports on sales, products, customers, sales status, and competitors’ activitiesCoordinate with distributors on the execution of sales and marketing plans and programs activitiesSupport, co-ordinate, & conduct sales training on products and selling techniques for distributorsSupport Business Manager to communicate with ASEAN Regional Business Manager & marketing team on the development and execution of new product launches to ensure the distributor’s sales team is properly prepared upon completion.Focus on building new accounts and developing new customersUnderstand Stryker's (SYK) country/regional/global marketing and sales network and support franchise marketing efforts Understand SYK's systems and processes to support franchise product development and managementEstablish key relationships in cross-functional teams, other franchises and domestic salesBuild Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.Who are we looking for:
Undergraduate degree1 - 2 years of Multinationals Corporations (MNCs) experiencesMedical device or related healthcare industry experience preferredEnglish fluency & excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated success working in a team environmentGood attitude with strong willingness to learnFlexible with working hoursTravel Percentage: 30%
