**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **Program Therapist - Partial Hospitalization. No evenings or weekends** + Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals + Refers and collaborates with care team, other agencies, and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient + Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program **Job Requirements** + Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work + Must have an active license in state of practice - NE: PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP + BLS (Basic Life Support) required **Where You'll Work** CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more.
