A Day in the life: + Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. + Implement therapeutic interventions and coordinate appropriate follow-up care. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. + Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards. What we’re looking for: + Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. + Minimum of two years' experience serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. + Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist. + Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. Qualifications + Education: Master's Degree Required Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field Required + Experience: One yr of experience Required + Licensure/Certification/Registration: LPC, LCSW, Clinic Psychologist, or LMFT Required For the Substance Use Therapist role, LCAS Required + Additional Skills Required: Good working knowledge of computers.
