In this position, you will deliver clinical services to clients, including assessment, therapy, skills development, and case management. Your expertise will be essential in providing crisis intervention and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical services and evidence-based treatment to an assigned caseload, including assessment, therapy, skills development, and case management services.Deliver crisis intervention and emergency services by assessing risk, developing safety plans, and coordinating hospitalization when necessary.Communicate and collaborate with collateral contacts, consulting with providers regarding integrated health and care-related issues.Develop and maintain effective relationships through open and professional communication with clients, families, and team members.Ensure accountability and documentation by completing records timely and accurately while maintaining ethical standards.Meet service delivery expectations and metrics assigned to the position, including timely submission of notes and documentation.Create a professional environment that promotes open communication and teamwork.Perform other duties as assigned by Program Leadership.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.Must be license eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.).

Additional Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Customer service-oriented, reliable, responsible, and dependable.Ability to work as a team and independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.Ability and willingness to travel.

Physical Requirements:

ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
