This is an operational position with a **rotating schedule** , including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to spa and hotel operational needs. You will work closely with the Spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** + Performing massage, facial, and body treatments in accordance with established standards and guest expectations + Delivering all treatments based on current licensure and professional guidelines + Assessing guest needs and identifying any contraindications prior to treatments + Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire service experience + Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and universal precautions + Cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms, tools, and equipment daily + Maintaining excellent product knowledge and understanding ingredients and their benefits + Recommending retail products and home care routines to guests + Promoting additional treatments and spa services when appropriate + Starting and finishing treatments on time, respecting scheduled appointments + Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared according to spa standards + Recording client preferences, treatment notes, and maintaining guest history cards + Informing management of product needs and stock shortages + Attending team meetings and scheduled training sessions + Reporting any incidents or guest concerns to management promptly + Supporting overall spa operations and completing assigned side duties **Qualifications:** **Qualifications** **Requirements & Profile** + Professional training in aesthetics, massage, or body therapies + Valid license or certification in massage/aesthetic therapies in accordance with regulations + Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel environment is an asset + Strong skills in massage, facial, and body treatments + Excellent customer service skills and a strong service-oriented mindset + Ability to build trust and connect with guests + Ability to explain treatments and recommend products in a professional manner + Organized, dynamic, and able to manage multiple tasks + Positive, energetic, and motivating attitude + Professional appearance and discretion when dealing with clients + Team player + Flexible schedule (shift work, weekends, and public holidays) + Spanish required; English is a plus **Care Connects Us – Do You Identify with Our Values?** At Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best.
