Job Summary:
We are looking to add a Fellow for The Trust Powered by the NFLPA to our team! This candidate must have two accredited seasons on an NFL roster and must be enrolled in The Trust Powered by the NFLPA Program. This candidate will work on the operations, business, and performance side of the Exos Sport Division.Business Fellow Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Fellow to join our Exos Team! During our fellowship, you will:
Assist Exos staff with daily operations, scheduling, and planning for all The Trust Programs
Assist VP of Operations and/or Business Development with marketing, sales and operations for the Exos NFL Offseason and NFL Combine Programs
Complete at least 3 projects over the course of the fellowship that will cover the Exos Trust program, pro/elite sports division and amateur sports division
Support facility operations
Perform other tasks as assigned
Performance Fellow Responsibilities:
We’re looking to add a Performance Fellow to our team! During our fellowship, you will:
Learn the Exos Methodology and apply it to instructing, motivating, and assisting clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals.
Conducting on-site assessments of clients’ health utilizing our proprietary evaluation protocols.
Updating training plans and/or re-evaluating clients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintaining constant communication with clients to ensure goals are being met.
Participating in program planning and development, as well as design and/or carry out related research.
Participating in staff education covering all aspects of Exos methodology.
Perform all aspects of the position held in a professional manner.
Follow established policies and procedures of the company.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications:
Former NFL athlete enrolled in The Trust (powered by the NFLPA).
Has earned a bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred)
Has a desire to work in the athletic performance or professional sports industry
Learn the Exos Methodology and apply it to instructing, motivating, and assisting clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals.
Perform all aspects of the position held in a professional manner.
Follow established policies and procedures of the company.
Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings
Strong customer service skills where servicing the “client” is top priority
Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals
Must be able to work independently with little daily supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
