JOB SUMMARY: Assists in the management flow of financial requirements, forms, reports, and documents for assigned functions and discharges general clerical duties.
SKlLLS & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma or equivalent Significant administrative and clerical experience Ability to work independently Prioritize multiple work tasks to meet tight deadlines Valid Guam operator’s driver's license
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists in the processing of government grants billable invoices Assists in the maintenance of bookkeeping files Answer incoming phone calls and determine the most appropriate resolution Manage outgoing bills, invoices, and incoming payment for TSA (Account receivables and payables) Collect from all departments and submit required documentation being asked by DHQ finance for end month reports by required deadline. Print and submit to GHURA billing submission that’s been produced by Senior Accountant (DHQ) Records receipts of all cash or check payments in Receipt log. Orders Deposit slips for Admin, Corps and Thrift Store & Bank bags Assist in recording and reconciling monies related to fundraising events and kettles and Sunday collections. Corresponds on behalf of Corps Officers to Department heads, DHQ, GHURA, Rev and Tax, local Vendors, partner agencies, etc. Uploads CFC requests through TSAMM for HR, Finance, and other items as needed by Department Heads. Collect all timesheets from all departments for submission to payroll Work with DHQ on benefits enrollment and contracts Assist Department Heads with new hires schedule interviews, orientation and conduct telephone reference checks. Serve as the liaison between THQ ITs and Guam Corps employees with pending tickets and closing of IT services Maintain Social Media accounts Prepare Advisory Board Minutes Assist the Corps Officers with Women’s Ministry and other Corps programs
OTHER FUNCTIONS: Performs other duties as assigned.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Most work will be indoors at the Guam Corps Administration Office. Attendance at trainings, both on and off island, is required.
