What will you do?

A day in the life of an eCommerce, Content Coordinator (AMER) at The North Face looks a little like this.

The eCommerce Content Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a best-in-class digital experience across The North Face’s website and app. This role is responsible for managing and executing content based on the seasonal content calendar, ensuring timely asset deployment, and supports the continuous improvement of the digital customer journey to drive engagement, click through and conversion

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Manage existing and create new pages, as well as manage site navigation, in accordance with the content calendar and business needs for TNF.com and App.

Procure requested images and copies from cross functional teams.

Work with merchandisers to execute content as per their business needs. 

Ensure assets are published on a timely basis in accordance with the content calendar.

Maintain all content publishing to site including tagging, sequencing, monitoring and maintenance.

Consult with Senior Content Coordinators and the marketing operations team on a regular basis to ensure open communication of expectations and deliverables.

Conduct regular QA to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and visual consistency.

Support the Senior Content Coordinators with ad-hoc projects.

Remain flexible and responsive to changing business demands, contributing to the seamless execution of digital initiatives that support brand and revenue objectives.

Location requirement: this is a hybrid role, minimum of 3 days in office.

Hiring Range:

$57,888.00 USD - $72,360.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
