Position Summary
The Manager - Revenue Optimization, Greater China Distribution Analytics, Asia Pacific reports to the Director of Revenue, Sales and Distribution Analytics and Enablement – Asia Pacific. This role is responsible for leading revenue optimization analysis and commercial insights for Greater China, while also supporting distribution analytics across Asia Pacific. Working closely with regional stakeholders and hotel teams, the role helps identify performance opportunities, strengthen decision-making through data-driven recommendations, and provide strategic support for Greater China select service hotels.
Position Responsibilities
Central Role (ASPAC)
Develop and maintain Asia Pacific distribution analytics, including channel performance, contribution trends, and opportunity identification.Support distribution-related governance, reporting, and coordination with commercial stakeholders and hotel teams.Provide manager-level support for revenue systems, reporting tools, and optimization processes, including rollout and adoption initiatives.Act as a strategic business partner to hotels and regional leaders by translating data into actionable commercial insights and recommendations.Sub-regional Role (Greater China)
Lead revenue optimization analysis and performance insights for Greater China hotels, providing recommendations to improve commercial results.Provide strategic revenue optimization support for Greater China select service hotels, including pricing guidance, performance reviews, and commercial recommendations.Partner with regional commercial, digital, and distribution teams to evaluate promotions, campaigns, and channel strategies across Asia Pacific.Lead reviews for focus hotels and identify revenue and distribution opportunities, ensuring recommended actions are implemented and tracked.Build capability across the field through training, office hours, templates, and best-practice sharing on revenue optimization and distribution analytics.Support key revenue and distribution projects for Greater China hotels, including reporting readiness, optimization follow-up, and implementation of strategic initiatives.Position Summary

Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel revenue management, revenue strategy, distribution, or commercial analytics, preferably within Hyatt or a similar hospitality environment.Strong understanding of Greater China market dynamics and Asia Pacific commercial or distribution landscape.Proven ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and present insights clearly to hotel, regional, and executive stakeholders.Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with revenue, sales, digital, and distribution teams.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.Experience in training, capability building, or field support is an advantage.Proficiency in an Asian language, particularly Mandarin, is a plus.Education
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, analytics, finance, or a related field.Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong capability in data analysis and presentation.Experience with revenue, distribution, and reporting systems such as PMS, RMS, CRS, and business intelligence tools.Ability to create clear dashboards, templates, and reporting outputs to support decision-making.
