Join our client’s team in Greensboro as a 2nd Shift Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of manufacturing processes. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will directly support the success of production operations.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of equipment, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standardsPerform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify defects or non-conformitiesFollow and document inspection procedures, work instructions, and checklistsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsMaintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring inspection tools are calibrated and in good working conditionAdhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe working environmentQualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing inspection or a related field preferredBasic knowledge of quality control principles and proficiency with measurement toolsAbility to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and drawingsStrong observational skills and the ability to identify defectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)Benefits & PerksWeekly PayMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchAccident, Disability, and Life Insurance OptionsShort- & Long-Term DisabilityReferral Bonus ProgramAbout The Reserves Network
