As the Text Producer within Marketing/Product Presentation, you’ll play a key role in shaping the master product copy seen across our platforms. From idea to execution, you’ll bring our tone of voice to life, ensure high editorial quality and help drive consistent, SEO optimised communication that strengthens the customer experience. 
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO  

Ensure that the master product copy is selling and accurate in accordance with good marketing ethics and legal requirements as well as accurate product information.   Create, uphold and follow guidelines for master copy, including general guidelines, follow tone of voice based on an SEO perspective.  Constant improvement and development of the product copy to secure a high-quality standard. Manage projects within the team intended to improve the delivery of product copy.  Engage on any central prioritized projects, where the copy production is considered a stakeholder.  Develop and improve processes of the daily work. Identify insights on trends occurring and emerging on media platforms. Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather adequate information about the products. Empower strong collaboration and alignment between channels to become more omni and customer centric. Take an active role in finding ways to change and improve copy.  Know your assortment and understand how to adapt strategy needs keeping the concept and customer top of mind.  Lift and share best practices and learnings between H&M brand and Portfolio brands.  Administer and cooperate with our translators. Proof-read product copy in various steps of the process.

Your drive and initiative take you where you need to go, and you manage to stay organized and keep a structure when things get hectic.

Basic knowledge in textile materials, and a great interest in fashion, beauty and interior design  Documented experience and/or a degree within the field of written communication, and is familiar with different text types, the concept of plain language and English style guides  Is a team player and prestigeless and love to work together as a team and build a team feeling. A easy going person that doesn’t have to have right all the time. Put the collective first.  Knowledge and updated on different media platforms.  Full proficiency in English.  Able and accustomed to take/give feedback (both within the team and to stakeholders).

Positive service-minded mindset and great administration skills.   Experience and confidence working in a fast-paced environment  Demonstrated collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
