Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Texas Title Production Team Lead to join an industry-leading title company. This individual will oversee a team of residential and commercial title examiners while also assisting with complex commercial files as a part of single-seat examination. Responsibilities include overseeing workflows, tracking SLAs, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements. The Lead will collaborate closely with underwriting, searchers, and clients to keep files moving and ensure timely, accurate commitments. The role requires strong technical expertise in Texas title examination, including plotting metes and bounds legal descriptions and preparing thorough curative requirements for complex issues. The Lead will use ResWare to monitor queues, update tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure consistent status visibility. This position is fully remote but requires working core hours in the Central Time Zone (CST). Skills and Requirements · 5–7 years of experience as a Commercial Texas Title Examiner (full-cycle single-seat examination)  · Experience searching within Title Data Plant  · Proven leadership experience overseeing title examiners or similar production teams  · Experience searching, examining, and writing commitment reports  · Extensive understanding of Metes and Bounds and Section Land; must be familiar with plotting intricate descriptions manually and/or using Net Deed Plotter  · Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency with ResWare - Previous experience working for an enterprise title company - Familiarity with high-liability commercial projects (industrial warehouses, hospitals, agricultural land, large commercial buildings)
