Key Responsibilities:
Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions in the departments, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles. Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with recruitment agencies. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist candidates. Facilitate interview coordination, feedback sessions, and decision-making with hiring managers. Manage the payment process for vendor if necessary Ensure hiring processes are efficient and inclusive, providing a positive and engaging experience for all candidates. Young Talent programs: Execute the recruitment and implementation of Heineken Vietnam's Young Talent Program. Execute university outreach initiatives, career fairs, and employer branding campaigns to attract top graduate talent. Maintain partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations. Manage the selection process, including application reviews, assessment centers, and onboarding activities for young talent recruits. Talent sourcing and market insights: Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry insights, and competitor benchmarks to refine Heineken’s talent acquisition strategy. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical roles in assigned functions Utilize talent acquisition metrics to analyze recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve processes. Employer branding: Champion Heineken Vietnam’s brand as an employer of choice by crafting compelling job advertisements and sharing success stories. Engage with potential candidates on social media and other platforms to showcase the vibrant culture at Heineken. Fostering Hiring Experiences: Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless experience. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and a positive collaboration. Regularly gather and act on feedback from candidates and hiring managers to refine recruitment practices.#LI-TP1
