As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Implement automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency Develop and maintain automated test scripts Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks. (Se, Tosca etc.) Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (ADO etc.) Knowledge of software testing methodologies. (SAFe) Hands-on experience with test management tools.
