Purpose of the position
                                                    
Testing engineers support the development and maintenance of factory testing station, Testing parameters, testing instructions and related training. Support  testing update for new product and product change.  Communication link between R&D – test developer – factory,Problem solving and fault findings co-operation with R&D testing team,tester station maintenance follow-up and developement ,support plant daily management activities. Support plant continuous improvement and cost saving activity.                                                            
                                                            
Responsibilities and key activities required 
                                                        
61Develop production testing work instruction, testing program & parameter,  test fixtures  or technical specifications, and other engineering data
61Communication link between R&D  test developer – factory
61Support Daily Management in the factory, Troubleshooting in test station, identifying technical issues, preparing reports
61Support RD test  team to test update and validation for new product and product change .
61Problem solving and fault findings co-operation with R&D testing team and Analyze root cause and improve tester performance. 
61Tester station maintenance follow-up and development ,
6102Responsible for assisting the development teams in reproducing, analyzing the defects.
Quality .
61Support on Job Training for operators

Other competences required in the position 
                                                        
Competence & qualification requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electrical/Electronic) 
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience from electrical testing and commission engineering activities
3. Self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility
4. Proficient in computer manenance/backup/upgrade knowledge and ,Labviewer is preferred
5. Familiar with Digitalization, IOT, SAP, MES or equivalent system
6. Sound PC skills; knowledge of production methods process. 
7. Fluent both in speaking and written English

Professional requirements
1. Knowledge & experience of NI, PLC, Labview
2. Konwledge of CAD、Eplan is preferred
3. Knowledge of manufacturing engineering systems and tools
4. Project management skills and experience"
