Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (SHC) is a Lasallian Vincentian Catholic, co-educational college preparatory secondary school located in the heart of San Francisco, California. Job Summary Job Summary

Position Summary This is a part-time, ten month position, supervising the effective and secure administration of assignments and assessments for students who have been absent from class or who utilize extended time. This position is an on campus position Monday-Friday from 9:30AM-3:30PM. Responsibilities and Duties Model for students the characteristics of a Lasallian/Vincentian educator; Promote SHC’s mission, philosophy and Integral Student Outcomes; Oversee the daily operations, activities and services of the Testing Center including placement, accommodated, make-up and contracted testing between the hours of 8:00am and 3:30 pm each school day. Collaborate with Assistant Principal, faculty, Academic Resource Specialists, and the Counseling and Advising Program in the good management of the Testing Center. Maintain a Testing Center atmosphere conducive to focused learning, implementing any specific instructions from faculty or counselors. Maintain integrity of the testing environment and secure storage and delivery of materials with faculty; follow up with faculty and the Dean or Assistant Dean of Students in cases of academic dishonesty. Publicize Testing Center services and schedules to the whole SHC community. Keep current Testing Center statistics including, but not limited to, number of people tested, times to complete assessments, and number and types of tests administered. Assist with management of general academic data under the direction of the Assistant Principal or the Registrar. Enter academic and other proprietary and confidential data into electronic spreadsheet programs (e.g. Excel, Google sheets), the school’s student information system (Powerschool), Learning Management System (Schoology) and college planning system (Naviance). Participate in the mission of SHC and the charisms of the Daughters of Charity and De La Salle Christian Brothers and Department of Catholic Schools through their formational programs; Oth

Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree; Ability work collaboratively and confidentially; Experience with Google Workspaces and other databases. Desired Qualifications Experience in a Catholic high school setting.
