Key Responsibilities
Manage workflow within the QC Cartridge area
Provide first-line product/process support and resolve issues
Train and assess new team members
Assist with training programs and contingency planning
Support new product introduction (beta manufacturing stage)
Drive improvements in Quality, Environmental, and H&S standards
Requirements
Manufacturing experience
Hands-on testing, diagnostics, and fault finding
Strong organisation and collaboration skills
Continuous improvement mindset
IT proficiency (MS Office / Google Suite)
Fluid dynamics knowledge desirable
