Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Testing Technician to support customer requirements by performing tests according to defined specifications. This role ensures accurate, reliable data and contributes to maintaining high-quality standards in our testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and adjust test benches according to specifications and requirements.Set up and perform tests following established standards and customer requirements.Collect accurate test data, including photos and supporting evidence.Track and manage tested parts (storage, shipment, or disposal).Maintain test areas and equipment in ready-to-use condition, including periodic maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical topics.Execute tests based on the agreed Design Validation Plan for JOEM, Non-JOEM, and RPP projects.Conduct initial evaluation of test results and report abnormalities or issues.Provide daily updates on test bench conditions, calibration status, and any issues.QualificationsEducation: High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Test Technician.
Skills:
Proficient in using electronic measurement equipment.Ability to read and follow standards, norms, and work instructions.Strong handcraft and maintenance skills.Knowledge:
Measurement equipment and data acquisition systems.Conventional brake systems.Additional Advantages:
