Job Title: Test Technician Location: South Plainfield, NJ Work Model: Onsite – Contract to Hire Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $20/hour TEST TECHNICIAN *This position requires fluency in Mandarin to perform the responsibilities of the role successfully.* Responsibilities: + Perform fine assembly work on laser components using hand tools and microscopes + Assist in visual inspections and basic testing of assembled parts + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation + Communicate with team members and trainers in Mandarin Qualifications: + Must speak and understand Mandarin fluently + Comfortable performing detailed handwork or small-part assembly + Beginner-level experience is acceptable; training will be provided + Must be reliable, organized, and able to work on-site full time System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
