**Location: McKinney, TX 75071** **Duration: 12 Months Contract** **Details:** Shift: 1 st - Working Hours: 6AM – 3:30PM **Shift: 2** **nd** **- Working Hours: 2:30pm –11PM** **Shift: 3** **rd** **- Working Hours: 10:30pm – 7am** **Job Description:** The ideal candidate will perform a variety of product tests using detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering documents to test and troubleshoot technologically advanced parts/products. **Responsibilities:** + Duties will include set up and operation of testing equipment, troubleshooting, documenting test results, and physical movement of materials on to and off of testing platforms. + The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of initiative, strong work ethic, function well under pressure, and maintain a success-oriented attitude while working with diverse teams. **Required Skill Sets:** + HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with 2 years of relevant experience in Electronics, Military training in electronic testing/troubleshooting, or equivalent experience/education in testing processes. **Desired Skill Sets:** + Ability to work long periods while standing, bending, and walking + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adapt to change + Flexible and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment + Ability to read and interpret test data + Strong safety focus + Ability to work with minimum supervision + Strong written and oral communication skills + Enthusiastic, aggressive, self-starter with strong people skills + Ability to work across multiple shifts/weekend work **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
