Job Description
We are seeking Test Technicians in the Lancaster area for multiple shifts and experience levels. You will work on testing electronic boards and assemblies for functionality to ensure products meet specifications.
ResponsibilitiesConduct tests on electronic boards and assemblies to verify functionality.Ensure products meet client specifications through rigorous testing procedures.Work independently, especially during off-shift hours.Participate in training sessions during the 1st shift.Essential SkillsAssociate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent military electronics experience.Strong background in electronics.Ability to work independently during off-shift hours.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in military programs is advantageous.Willingness to undergo cross-training on multiple systems.Work Environment
The work environment is clean and supports cross-training on various systems. The position offers 2nd and 3rd shift options with a 9/80 schedule. The 2nd shift runs Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM, and Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with every other Friday off. The 3rd shift operates Sunday through Wednesday from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM, and every other Thursday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
