What's in it for you:

Test and trouble shoot electronic assemblies of printed circuit boards

What you will do:

Test complex electronic printed circuit boards.Maintain high level of board quality and throughput from test area.Troubleshoot failed assembles/test equipment and work with manufacturing engineering as needed.Work with inspection/rework team members on failed printed circuit boards.Provide feedback and assist as needed on development of test procedures.Provide input on continuous improvement on test processes.Follow safety procedures.Ability to follow written and oral instructionsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, standard work, etc.Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.Ability to effectively present information to other team members both written and verbally.Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers (completion of daily schedule)Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectivesWorks to consistently meet and exceed customer requirementsContinuously strives for operational excellence and continuous improvementAbility to function and thrive in a team environment and independentlyAbility to follow and execute standard workAbility to multitaskMaintain clean and orderly work areaAbility to read and interpret schematicsModels Ingersoll Rand values in the workplace.Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.Demonstrated self-starter and self-finisherWilling to participate in continuous learning opportunities as part of job and personal developmentWill be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

What you will bring:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) is preferred but not required.One (1) year in manufacturing experience is preferred.Two year Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent preferred. Knowledgeable of and able to utilize computer systems.Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, blueprints, drawings, etc.Ability to identify routine problem causation and correct routine problems.Has the knowledge and ability to apply basic math skills.Commitment to performing quality work.Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job.Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain general understanding of business process.Ability to work within a team.Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures.
