The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment. **What You Will Do** - Conduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies. - Document test procedures and results accurately. - Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Maintain and calibrate test equipment. - Generate reports on test status, issues, and actions. **Qualifications You Must Have** + HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience + Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environment + Experience with testing equipment and software. + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Experience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions. + Previous experience reading and understanding technical drawings and schematics. + Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles. + Experience in troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test equipment and technical procedures **What We Offer** Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
