Successful candidates will have proven experience in one of the following roles:
Mid-Level Test, Evaluation & Requirements Specialist (~5–8 years)
Support requirements gathering, validation, and refinement activities for complex systems
Assist in developing test plans, procedures, and evaluation criteria
Conduct testing, collect performance data, and prepare evaluation reports
Collaborate with engineering, program, and stakeholder teams to ensure requirements and test objectives are met
Participate in issue tracking and resolution for deficiencies identified during testing or requirements reviews
Senior Test, Evaluation & Requirements Specialist (~8–10 years)
Lead major test, evaluation, and requirements management efforts for large, complex programs
Develop comprehensive requirements documentation and test deliverables in alignment with program and regulatory standards
Coordinate with stakeholders to validate system performance, compliance, and requirements traceability
Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight during critical test and requirements activities
Recommend process improvements to enhance requirements clarity, testing efficiency, and evaluation accuracy
Test, Evaluation & Requirements Lead / SME (10+ years; ideal 20+)
Direct strategy for requirements management, test, and evaluation for large-scale programs impacting 1,000+ personnel
Lead and manage teams of 10–30+ engineers, evaluators, and technical specialists
Oversee the full lifecycle of requirements development, validation, testing, and reporting
Serve as the primary advisor to leadership on requirements integrity, test readiness, system performance, and certification outcomes
Ensure all requirements and testing activities meet FAA processes, procedures, safety standards, and certification requirements.
