As a Robot Motion Data Collector, you’ll wear sensor equipment and perform natural human movements that the robot will learn from. Your motion data directly trains AI models, making your work essential to the robot’s development. You’ll also help identify issues, provide daily feedback, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Key ResponsibilitiesWear motion‑capture sensors and guide the robot through human‑like movementsCollect clean, high‑quality motion data for AI trainingIdentify and report issues, bugs, or irregularities during sessionsProvide daily feedback to engineers and robotics specialistsMaintain a safe, focused, and organized production/lab environmentStrong computer skills (data entry, basic testing, Microsoft Office)Experience in production, warehouse, lab, or manufacturing environmentsAbility to follow structured processes with precisionJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
