Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting PEO Missiles and Space Search Track Acquire Radiate Eliminate (STARE) Sentinel A4 radar ground and missile flight test mission execution (requires travel)Responsible for the development of test plans /technical artifacts needed for test mission executionAbility to coordinate mission resources and collaborate across stakeholders and internal/external organizationsAbility to interpret system requirements / test objectives ensure proper mission configuration etc.Responsible for leading working groups (WG) / integrated product teams (IPT)

Basic Qualifications

US citizenship required3+ years of test operations experience with air missile defense radar system Sentinel /PATRIOT / IBCS /LTAMDSExperience supporting / leading radar ground and missile flight test missionsBS degreeSecret clearance requiredAbility to travel up to 20 weeks per year (typically duration no more than 2 weeks at a time)

Preferred Qualifications

BS STEM degreeFamiliarity with test planning and execution, to include the development / understanding of test schedules, requirements and objectivesExperience in building technical briefingsExperience engaging and working across support organizations and stakeholders5+ test operations experience supporting military missile, aviation, and radar systemsExperience supporting / leading STARE radar ground and missile flight test missionsExperienced with System of System test operations and configurationExperience with and working knowledge of the DoD Army acquisition process / guidance for testingExperience leading IPT and WG teams / meetingsExperience briefing technical material to leadership / stakeholdersExperience working within the Joint Analysis Test (JAT) team environmentExperience developing test plans and other supporting technical documentationExperience interpreting test objectives from system requirementsFamiliarity working within the Test Event Management Team (TEMT) construct
