Test Master Analyst

Labcorp Corporate Test Master is looking for a Test Master Analyst to join our team. This position is to increase process efficiencies by guiding workstreams within the Mergers and Acquisitions scope of Test Master. Seeking a highly motivated candidate to support project planning, execution and delivery through strong data analytics, interface knowledge, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing systems, synthesizing data, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. 

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration between systems. 

Support project planning activities, including resource allocation, scope definition and scheduling.

Analyze project data, identify trends and areas for improvement.

Assist in the design, implementation and testing of new systems.

Develop and maintain reports.

Provide technical support throughout the project.

Routinely engage with Senior management as the point of contact for questions and concerns, escalating, and driving solutions for successful integrations.

Required Education / Certifications:

Associate degree

2-5 years of relevant experience in test data

Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools(e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Data analytics(ability to analyze data and identify patterns and trends)

Interface knowledge

Hands-on technical skills(Excel, Access, other M365 tools)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's preferred

Data analytics certifications preferred

Verbal and communication skills

Familiarity with programming languages such as SAS and SQL.

Programming(writing code and developing software)

Additional Responsibilities:

Performs research and evaluation of complex projects and assignments requiring advanced knowledge and experience to identify, measure process methodologies, financial implications, and/or technical applications.

Make recommendations to management and may initiate implementation of new protocols, methodologies, equipment, and processes.
