As we embark on a major Snowflake implementation, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Engineering Lead to help shape and elevate our testing strategy. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Support the governance framework and ensure alignment across testing processes. + Drive the migration of existing data solutions into Snowflake (hosted in Azure). + Define and enforce defect SLAs with development teams to ensure timely resolution. + Establish Defect Management Governance, including triage protocols, escalation paths, and reporting standards. + Align test KPIs/metrics (e.g., defect aging, test coverage) with business goals and monitor them via JIRA dashboards. + Lead the migration from the current test management tool to JIRA. + Configure real-time dashboards in JIRA to enhance stakeholder visibility. + Collaborate with SDETs to evaluate test automation feasibility, ROI, and integration into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). + Oversee test planning, case design, and execution across functional, integration, and UAT phases. + Implement entry/exit criteria for releases, including unit test audits and artifact traceability. + Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects to reduce recurrence and improve quality. + Report on test progress, risks, and KPIs to internal and client stakeholders, including NTT QEM leadership. + Drive innovation through GenAI-powered test analysis and automation enhancements. + Continuously improve Ways of Working (WoW) through retrospectives and best practice adoption. **What You’ll Bring Along** + Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. + Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Test Leadership, ideally in travel or high-growth sectors. + Strong expertise in manual, automation, and integration testing. + Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum). + Proficiency in JIRA and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI. + Proven experience in defect management and working in SLA-driven environments. + Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery. + Experience in defining and tracking KPIs/metrics and conducting RCA. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Excellent command of both spoken and written English. **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
