NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Test Lead – Support/Scalability, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY: Manage testing activities of the Scalability team. Partner with different IT functions, businesses, and advisors, to focus on identifying the scope for regression testing, planning regression activities, and improving regression testing capabilities. Drive quality and testing process maturity level and assist in defining the strategy to implement best practices. Integrate direction, coordination and leadership of regression testing cycles for applications. Manage, and execute all phases of regression testing, including analysis of product requirements to produce test requirements and development and execution of functional/system test plans in a multi-tiered environment. Provide Testing Services expertise related to applications. Coordinate all testing standards and processes for solution test management to deliver quality solutions and prevent disruptions to customers. Finalize test plans and test strategies for projects and prepare and present test kick offs. Create and upload Test Suite and Cases and Test Data to the system and conduct the test executions during the Production Integration Testing cycles and Business Simulation or UAT cycles. Maintain the testing standard as per TCOE within the project. Meet with the business leadership and understanding the requirements of projects. Collaborate with the other teams (Regression, Automation and Performance) to support during the project execution phase. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $120,000.00 - 130,000.00/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information technology, or a related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience in software quality assurance and testing. Must have five (5) years of experience with:
•Leading cross-platform manual and automated test plans and test cases;
•Testing of all phases of ERP projects with at least one project in the Test Lead capacity;
•Translating technical information into terminology understood at all levels of users, both verbally and in writing;
•Testing experience in SAP S/4 HANA environment;
•Operating cloud applications, web services, server-side components, and APIs;
•Quality Assurance processes, test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases and automating tests; and,
•Working with Agile methodology.
Must have four (4) years of experience with:
•Conducting automation testing using the Tricentis Tosca test automation tool.
Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
Up to 20% domestic or international travel required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
