**Position Summary:** · Automation & QA Lead – Salesforce Projects · Automation & QA for leading the end-to-end testing program for Salesforce projects. This includes planning, designing, executing, and delivering all testing activities while ensuring alignment with project milestones and stakeholder expectations. Lead the complete testing lifecycle: strategy, planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with customers, consultants, cross-functional teams, and offshore QA teams. · Prepare the Test Strategy Document, manage test deliverables, Risk assessment including test plans, test cases, defect reports, release sign off. · Strong leadership and people management skills in a hybrid team environment. **Mandatory Skills:** · Salesforce certified Test Lead with experience in Automation scripts using TOSCA, Selenium, Testim and Postman. · Dev-Ops model - CI/CD, TDD, BDD. · Expertise Copado. · Telecom and Health care experience with OSS and BSS architecture /Salesforce health cloud. **Duties and Responsibilities:** · Test Lead with **System, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing** across Salesforce and 11+ integrated applications. · **Test** Planning, Execution, Review, and Defect Management in Integration , regression, UAT and PVT. · Analyse, design, and develop test cases based on release requirements. · Develop automation scripts for end-to-end testing using advanced tools across multiple applications. · Manage defect lifecycle using ALM and JIRA: logging, triaging, RCA coordination, and resolution. · Maintain automation portals for data cleanup, server restarts, deployments, configuration, credentials, and performance testing. · Collaborate with business teams for BVT /PVT testing, providing functional flows and test data. · Participate in business requirement walkthroughs and workshops to assess impact and align with the test plan. · Daily /Weekly daily status reports to stakeholders and track delivery progress. · Enhance and maintain automation infrastructure used by testers and stakeholders. · Utilize **Salesforce CRM, Copado (RPA), Testim, TOSCA and Online Triage Tools** for automation and defect tracking. · Develop and maintain Automation Scripts for progression and regression scenarios. · Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrated systems. · Leading the cross-functional and distributed QA teams. **Salary Range** : >$100,000 **Date of Posting:** 19/ September /2025 **Next Steps:** If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you!
