**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BDD manual data and cloud testing Selenium and web applications. This role involves ensuring quality assurance through comprehensive testing and reporting. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables. + Oversee manual data and cloud testing processes to validate application functionality. + Utilize BDD methodologies to enhance test coverage and efficiency. + Implement Selenium for automated testing of web applications. + Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. + Develop and maintain test metrics and reporting to track project progress. + Manage testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing workflows. + Conduct manual E2E business process assurance to ensure system reliability. + Utilize SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking. + Provide insights and recommendations based on test results to improve product quality. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements and objectives. + Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in testing. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in BDD manual data and cloud testing and Selenium. + Demonstrate proficiency in web application testing and test metrics reporting. + Have a solid understanding of testing tools like SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira. + Show expertise in manual E2E business process assurance. + Exhibit knowledge of the automotive industry and its testing requirements. + Display basic programming skills to support testing activities. + Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Selenium Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
