Tasks to be Accomplished

Ensure a fully assembled systemIntegration, software tuning and testing of complex electromechanical devicesTroubleshoot, rework, repairs down to the component levelMust work to company deadlines to meet customer delivery datesAct as liaison with other departmentsEnsure proper documentationShift work required

Skills Required

Strong Electronics and Mechanical backgroundFamiliar with troubleshooting techniques and the ability to read technical drawings and schematicsExperience with using various test equipmentStrong professional customer relations skillsPrevious experience working within a Microsoft Office environment including knowledge of Windows, Excel, WordExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience & Education Requirements

Enrolled in a Mechanical or Electronics based technician/ technologist diploma programHobbies and any experience working with and troubleshooting complete electronics devices.Co-op experience working in a manufacturing environment and asset.Experience with Lean Manufacturing an asset
