The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Electrical Fabrication, Assembly, and Lab/Flight Test Technicians in support of Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons programs.

Position Responsibilities Include:

Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplinesDevelop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goalsAcquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvementsDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManage, develop and motivate employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement3+ years of experience in a lead role as either a team-builder or a team-leader

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)3+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5SExperience in Earned Value Management (EVM)Experience working with business partners to shift left and improve design requirementsTest and evaluation experienceExperience working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment

Summary pay range: $129,200 – $174,800
