As Test Engineer also will be the responsible of the proper use of equipment in the laboratory, ensuring all equipment are working properly and produces accurate results as required. The employee will also participates and leads projects for process improvement and new processes implementation, delivering results according to schedule and properly documenting projects and validations of new testing methods as applicable. **Key Success Factor:** + Demonstrate ability to plan and coordinate projects to continue developing testing capabilities in metallography lab for production support testing. + Make synergy with multidisciplinary teams: customers and other departments and sites on the organization to resolve Honeywell manufacturing challenges. + Demonstrate broad engineering skills and abilities for material testing. **Attributes/Skills:** + Good oral and written communication, English language read-written. + Teamwork skills and ability to interact well with other team members + Problem solving skills. + Must be dedicated to customer satisfaction and demonstrated capability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers, customers and co-workers. + Knowledge and capability of interpretation of industry standard procedures for materials testing. + Knowledge of materials science and analytical methods. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor degree in Materials Science/Engineering or other engineering with at least 2 years of experience in industrial laboratory. Able to demonstrate basic understanding of materials science. General knowledge in safety and quality systems.
