**Description:** You will be the Test Engineering Manager for the production facility located in Lufkin, Texas\. Our team is responsible for leading a growing team of over forty Test Engineers and Technicians to ensure successful execution of production contracts\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that tests electrical assemblies, conducts failure investigations, maintains test equipment, and leads yield improvement initiatives\. You will also develop and maintain functional processes, ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices, and serve on the Lufkin Operations Senior Leadership staff\.
