Explain the defects to the project team as requiredSetting up and maintaining the test environmentMaintenance of existing test cases based on changes in requirementsTake part in test case reviewsParticipate in troubleshooting and resolving defects along with root cause analysis. Adheres to testing best practices and contribute to their continuous improvement to meet product quality goalsEstimate testing tasks and support in test plan preparationAble to work independently on assigned tasksCommunicates the test progress against the plan to project teamActive participation in project meetings and discussions to ensure quality of deliverablesActively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinementWork in an international environment with a multicultural teamExhibit excellent team spirit and good in communication
What You Need to SucceedQualification: BE / B. Tech / ME / M. Tech / MCAMust have worked with windows and/or web application testingAbility to analyse and review requirements towards bring in clarity to the development teamStrong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues in a timely mannerYou must have good knowledge in software development processes including agile methodologies and have applied in your daily workHands on experience with ALM / Test management tools e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRAExperience in automation testing using Selenium or Appium, usage of test framework like NUnit and any version control system e.g. Git would be an added advantageNice to have - Ability to understand and adapt to existing test frameworks and take up automation testGood in communication and collaboration
