Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full\-time Early Career Test Engineer Associate\. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of: • Assist in the design, development, and execution of manual and automated test cases\. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of software applications\. • Collaborate with software developers, and product managers to understand requirements and develop test plans\. • Document and report bugs and defects using issue\-tracking tools \(e\.g\., JIRA\)\. • Help create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data\. • Verify bug fixes and perform re\-testing as needed\. • Continuously learn and apply best practices, tools, and technologies\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field\. • 0–2 years of relevant experience \(internships or academic projects are a plus\)\. • Basic understanding of software development life cycle \(SDLC\) and software testing methodologies\. • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills\. • Ability to read, write, and follow test plans, while documenting the results accurately\. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment\. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced environment\. Must be a US Citizen **Desired Skills:** • Exposure to automated testing frameworks \(e\.g\., Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework\)\. • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages \(e\.g\., Python, Java, C\+\+, and C\)\. • Experience with version control tools \(e\.g\., Gitlab\)\. • Familiarity with XML\. **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
