Test Engineer

I. Purpose of Position

Production Support and System Optimization

Conduct systematic optimization of electrical equipment control programs and production processes based on field feedback data and in-depth analysis results to enhance product performance, improve production efficiency, reduce equipment failure rates, and lower maintenance costs.Lead the commissioning of electrical equipment as well as the fault diagnosis and analysis of testing instruments to ensure that production quality and On-Time Delivery (OTD) meet standards.

Test System Maintenance and Development

Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of test systems and related equipment to effectively prevent production line downtime risks and ensure continuous and stable production operation.Collaborate with the R&D department to complete the development and deployment of test fixtures and test systems for new project introductions and migration projects.

Technical Training and Change Management

Provide training on new testing technologies and equipment operation skills for operators to enhance the overall technical level of the team.Fully support the entire process management of Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure efficient and orderly change processes.

Cross-departmental Collaboration and Task Execution

Cooperate with the R&D team to provide professional technical solutions and actively participate in new product trial production and mass production transfer work.Efficiently execute other technical support tasks assigned by superiors to ensure smooth progress of all work.
