Test Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Test Engineer to develop and execute test plans in compliance with industry standards for electronic components.

Requirements:

BSEET or related degree with 3+ years of electronic component testing experience. Knowledge of SAE AS6171 test methodologies for counterfeit mitigation. Experience with DLA requirements, including QTSL protocols. Familiarity with MIL-STD-883 and MIL-STD-750 testing procedures. Proficiency in Vector Network Analyzer operation and RF measurement interpretation. LabVIEW experience for developing automated test solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Automated test equipment platforms. Additional counterfeit mitigation techniques (e.g., X-ray, decapsulation). Knowledge of RF/microwave testing beyond VNAs. AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans according to SAE AS6171, DLA requirements, and customer specifications. Perform electrical and environmental testing such as burn-in, temperature cycling, and parameter verification. Operate Vector Network Analyzers for RF measurements including S-parameters and return loss. Develop LabVIEW applications for automated testing and data analysis. Create test setups for FPGA devices including boundary scan and functional testing.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
