Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test protocols for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support product development and validationAnalyze test data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product performance Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and engineering changesSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issuesOperate and maintain test equipment and fixtures used in verification and validation activitiesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field)3+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably within the medical device industry Strong understanding of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and GMP practicesProficiency in test development, data analysis, and technical documentationExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentPreferred Skills:
Experience with automated test systems and scripting languagesFamiliarity with design verification and validation processesKnowledge of risk management and failure mode analysis (FMEA)Why Join Us?

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $68.00/hr.
